Silver bracelet (800e) with twisted and articulated links, invisible clasp composed of two interlocking links, master's mark (G Catholic cross P), French work from the 40s-50s, (length: 20 cm).
A similar model in gold was made by Gaëtan de Percin for the Maison Van Cleef & Arpels. This may be the prototype for this model because only the Maison Percin agreed to make them in silver, as it did for the cult anchor chain link bracelet created for Hermès in 1938 at the request of Robert Dumas and Jean Guerrand-Hermès; the other master jewelers of the time presented a mock-up only of the models to be made in gold or platinum, not for silver. The welds of this bracelet and the adjustment of the invisible clasp were done by hand, which corroborates this hypothesis.
