Fishtail Torque Necklace, 925e Silver, Spanish Work (Barcelona), Circa 1970. A magnificent sculptural kinetic piece, created in Barcelona, Spain during the Modernist period. This choker necklace was made by the renowned silversmith Jose Maria Puig Doria, in the early 1970s. Carefully crafted in solid .925/.999 silver with a highly polished finish and fitted with a hook clasp. This unusual necklace is composed of two semi-rigid arms at the top and decorated with nine movable suspension elements connected by small wire rings.
